Drupalcon Boston

I recently attended the drupal conference in Boston and it was a blast! I met a few members of the lullabot team that publishes the drupal podcast. I had such an awesome time!

About this blog

This blog will serve as a record of updates and a source of news for my customers. I will use this blog to keep you up to date on new drupal trends and any news that you might be interested in. Stay tuned for more updates!

PRICING

Unlike my competitors I don't charge the average website for a hosting package, a domain registration, or a per page charge. I have a hosting package with plenty of disk space and bandwidth to handle all of my needs and unless you're planning a really large site, probably all of yours. That is why I don't charge for hosting space. I also don't charge for the $8.95/year domain name registration, which some of my competitors charge up to $70.00 for! Finally, I don't charge a per page design charge. I've seen some companies charge $100.00 per page after the first ten.

Competition

The competition has made a killing taking advantage of what you don't know. They exaggerate prices and take advantage of the common person who doesn't have time to learn about these new fangled computers. I believe in complete honesty and transparency. I list all my prices up front, and I am more than confident that I can beat any competitor.

Drupal

Drupal (www.drupal.org) is an open source (free to use and modify) content management system. It allows me to help people install professional websites that are fully functional in hours not weeks. It uses a very dynamic combination of PHP 5 code language and MySql database structure to provide an interactive web experience for users. Drupal is used by many large and popular websites. Now you can have access to world renowned code for no additional cost.

About

My name is Arthur Page and I am a freelance Drupal Consultor. I help people build websites. I started making html webpages in 2002 for myself and through a lot of frustration and learning, I started to get pretty good at it. I no longer type all my code from scratch, I use a very customizable code base called Drupal to help people make websites better, faster, and for much less money.
